Olmos Park Youth Commission is once again supporting the annual pumpkin carving taking place at Alameda Circle on Sunday, Oct. 24 12pm-5pm. As in year’s past, this year’s event will benefit Kids 4 Kids with Cancer. The organization awards scholarships to college-bound cancer survivors.
Members of Olmos Park Youth Commission will help set up the event. OPYC members interested in volunteering can contact 210-602-2573.
For families interested in participating and carving their Halloween pumpkin, a donation of $15/pumpkin is suggested. Carving tools, pumpkins and fun kid-friendly activities will be part of the Halloween-inspired experience! Keep your kitchen clean and leave the mess at Alameda Circle. Bring your family and friends to join the fun!
